We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package as well as exceptional opportunities for professional and personal growth. At United Finance, we look to the future, we thrive on challenges, competition and change. We are innovators, constantly looking to improve our services and portfolio of financial products – and we seek staff who wish to achieve more in their careers and continually improve their skills. For these people we provide full support and encouragement, through training and significant growth opportunities.

United Finance offers a clearly defined career path for all its employees. The training required to achieve the milestones in an individual’s career path is identified and skill set acquisition milestones are also pre-defined. This ensures that both staff members and the company are aware of the progression of a career path as planned.

We are an equal opportunity employer where opportunities are given to all candidates irrespective of gender, religion, tribe, or ethnicity. But we are also fully committed to the national objective of Omanisation.

Our Omanisation policy is not based on a minimum percentage required by the law; it is based on employing the maximum Omani staff available with the required skill sets. We value our professionals on the basis of their contributions and performance and their eagerness to seize opportunities across the varied range of businesses and segments of the economy we serve.
